Kent Orozco Martinez is a criminal illegal alien from Colombia who was arrested in Raleigh, North Carolina by ICE. Martinez’s long rap includes battery of an unborn child, kidnapping, and several assault and strangulation charges.
But under Cooper’s time as Attorney General and Governor, Martinez was never turned over to ICE thanks to Cooper protecting criminal illegals from deportation.

- Battery of an unborn child.
- Assault by strangulation.
- Second degree kidnapping.

- Helping underage kids obtain alcohol.

- Damaging property.
- Possession of burglary tools and misdemeanor larceny.
After racking up a long and violent record, Martinez was finally arrested by ICE and taken off the streets.
“Roy Cooper allowed this scumbag to hurt North Carolinians time and again because Cooper puts illegals and violent criminals first,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
