If Mary Peltola had it her way, she would have voted with every Lower 48 Democrat to block $1.3 billion to strengthen Alaska’s rural healthcare system.

Peltola says this critical investment is “damaging” to Alaskans.

But thanks to Senator Dan S. Sullivan’s Alaska Opportunity Act, Alaska is receiving the largest federal investment in rural healthcare in history — and not one dollar in Medicaid benefits were cut for Alaskans.

“Alaska last Mary Peltola would rather work with Lower 48 liberals like Chuck Schumer to give free healthcare to illegal aliens instead of putting Alaskans first,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
