U.S. Poverty Rate Drops to All-Time Low Under Senate GOP Leadership

New U.S. Census data shows that America’s poverty rate dropped to a historic low under President Donald Trump and Senate Republicans’ leadership, while median household income soared to a record high.

“Senate Republicans remain committed to lowering costs and making the American Dream more affordable and accessible,” said NRSC National Press Secretary Bernadette Breslin.
