Burdened with a scandal-plagued campaign in Wisconsin and an embarrassing record of campaign finance hypocrisy, it’s no wonder why Senator Feingold is California dreamin’.
When he’s not lecturing students about his two decades in the United States Senate, living in California will provide Professor Feingold with ample opportunities to continue breaking his longtime pledge to raise more from Wisconsinites than from out-of-staters. Stanford is, after all, much closer to the Hollywood liberals funding his campaign.
Wisconsinites will remember Feingold’s poor attendance and participation record during next November’s final exam.

College Radio Host: Welcome back Stanford students and welcome back former Senator Russ Feingold!
And Buckle up because we’ve got some big news.
Let’s go to the phones. Caller one.
Caller: Whoa is there a Progressive United concert at the soft money pit?
Radio Host: No, Professor Feingold is running for office… again!
Caller: For student body president?
Radio Host: No…
Caller: For Palo Alto city council?
Radio Host: No.
Caller: Oh…I bet he’s running for Sen Boxer’s seat.
Radio Host: No… He’s going old school. Running to be a U.S. Senator from Wisconsin.
Caller: Whoah… dude. But– he’s like living here in California.
Radio Host: That’s right. He’s trading in his Packers gear and cheese curds for a 49ers jersey and kale chips…
While still trying to run for the same U.S. Senate seat Wisconsin voters fired him from in 2010.
Caller: No wonder former Senator Feingold spends so much time outside Wisconsin!
