Claire McCaskill recently scored internet admiration from left-wing extremists with her over-the-top comments about the ongoing Senate health care discussions.
While Claire’s ranting and raving may have gained her more Twitter followers, she failed to offer any solutions to help the thousands of Missourians Obamacare has hurt.
Claire is quick to forget she voted for Obamacare in 2010 creating Missouri’s dire health care situation. In the seven years since, McCaskill and her fellow Democrats have sat back and watched as people have been kicked off their health care plans, costs have skyrocketed and consumer choices have been eliminated. In Missouri’s individual market, insurance premiums have increased by an astonishing 145% under Obamacare.
While Claire wants to offer theatrics, Missouri’s voters want solutions. Will McCaskill join in fixing the mess Obamacare has created, or will she continue protecting Barack Obama’s failed health care law?
“Claire McCaskill seems to have forgotten that for the last seven years she embraced Barack Obama’s failed health care law, and passively watched while it devastated Missouri families and businesses,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “Missouri’s voters won’t be distracted by McCaskill’s theatrics when they cast their ballot in 2018.”
