Bob Casey is giving the commencement address at Penn State Law School tomorrow morning. To celebrate the occasion, the NRSC is launching a Snapchat filter reminding graduates of their commencement speaker’s long, long career as a professional politician.

Bob Casey has been collecting a taxpayer-funded salary for over 20 years, starting out as Pennsylvania’s Auditor General when most 2017 law grads were learning their ABCs in Kindergarten.
