The NRSC launched a new TV ad in Pennsylvania, “What Are The Odds.” The ad targets Katie McGinty, who as Department of Environmental Protection Secretary, awarded a taxpayer-funded grant to a foreign company. A subsidiary of that company would later give McGinty a high-paying position on their corporate board. The ad is running in the Philadelphia media market beginning today.
“What Are The Odds” builds off of the NRSC’s two previous ads, “But Wait, There’s More,” and “Messenger” which each highlight a different ethically questionable activity by “Shady” Katie McGinty.
“As DEP Secretary, Katie McGinty used taxpayer money to prop up her personal interests, whether it be the company that employed her husband or securing her own future gigs in corporate boardrooms. For Shady Katie, it’s always self-service above public service.” – NRSC National Press Secretary, Alleigh Marré

BIKE MESSENGER: “I’m back, delivering the painful truth about Shady Katie McGinty.
“As head of a Pennsylvania state agency, McGinty handed out a fortune in state grants.
“Including giving this Spanish company millions in lucrative grants, paid for by PA taxpayers.
“But, there’s more.
“A subsidiary of that same company gave Shady Katie a spot on their board.
Paying her hundreds of thousands of dollars.
“After all, she gave them state grants.
“What are the odds?”
