The NRSC launched a new TV ad in Pennsylvania, “But Wait, There’s More.” The ad targets Katie McGinty, who as Department of Environmental Protection Secretary, awarded a huge taxpayer-funded grant to a company she would later work for. The ad is running in the Philadelphia media market beginning today.
“But Wait, There’s More” builds off of the NRSC’s previous ad, “Messenger,” which highlighted that as DEP Secretary Katie McGinty funneled millions of dollars to an organization that employed her husband.
“As DEP Secretary, Katie McGinty used taxpayer money to prop up her personal interests, whether it be the company that employed her husband or securing her own future gigs in corporate boardrooms. For Shady Katie, it’s always self-service above public service.” – NRSC National Press Secretary, Alleigh Marré
