But…it seems many rally attendees didn’t realize they were actually appearing at a McGinty rally. In fact, KDKA’s coverage showcased that many voters still don’t know much about McGinty:

Student: Not really, is she running for Senate?

The Pittsburgh Tribune Review also covered McGinty’s Friday rally, noting that even those who were roped into participating aren’t convinced that she’s the right choice:
"Juan Pablo Mendoza, 28, a robotics graduate student at Carnegie Mellon, held a McGinty campaign sign but said he remains unsure whether he will vote for her."
