Lamb Flip-Flops Fast on Marijuana

Washington, D.C. – Last week, the House voted to decriminalize marijuana 220-204 with support from senate hopeful Congressman Conor Lamb. This wouldn’t be noteworthy for a liberal Democrat like Lamb to vote with his party but, when he wasn’t running for senate, he OPPOSED a bill to decriminalize marijuana.

Here’s what Lamb said to The Philadelphia Inquirer just THREE WEEKS AGO, on March 7, 2022:

This is what a desperate candidate looks like.

Now that Lamb is trailing pro-marijuana frontrunner John Fetterman, he is doing anything he can to weed out Fetterman.

Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Lizzie Litzow: “Conor Lamb is constantly having an identity crisis and this vote isn’t any different. He’s grasping at straws since he is trailing his opponent for senate. He’s so dependent on where the political winds blow that he can’t keep his own positions straight. Pennsylvanians can’t trust a flip-flopper and don’t need nor want one representing them.”
