Murphy has claimed for years that he was a small business owner and worked as a Certified Public Accountant, but multiple reports, including a bombshell investigation by CBS Miami, revealed that Murphy had fabricated his professional experience to the point that every line of his resume prior to his career in politics was proven false.
The ad, part of a significant NRSC ad buy in Florida, is airing on Spanish language stations in the Tampa and Orlando media markets.
“Patrick Murphy is nothing more than an empty suit with a rich father who, with no accomplishments of his own, has resorted to making them up. Murphy has lied repeatedly about his professional experience and still refuses to own up about his dishonesty to Florida voters. His refusal to tell the truth, in the face of overwhelming evidence, only proves that he’ll say and do anything to get elected to political office.”
