In 2009, Manu Raju from POLITICO noted "with the largest war chest ever built for a statewide race in Nevada — $8.7 million so tar — Reid will have the money to attack at will."
But in 2015, Harry Reid only has $1.5 million on hand.

This could be a sign that Harry Reid hasn’t fully committed to running for reelection. And even if he does run, he could lack the resources he needed to win 2010.
