Over 300 companies have announced pay raises and bonuses for their employees following the passage of the GOP tax relief law. This week alone, companies ranging from local small businesses to major corporations announced wage hikes and bonuses that will benefit thousands of Americans.

And if voting against the legislation wasn’t bad enough, now some Democrats are vowing to repeal the tax cuts. With Americans across the country already benefitting from much-needed tax relief, do red state Democrats agree that the law should be repealed?

In Case You Missed It…

Best Buy: Full-time employees will receive a one-time bonus of $1,000 and part-time employees $500, impacting more than 100,000 employees. READ

 Anthem: More than 58,000 employees and recent retirees will receive a $1,000 deposit to their retirement accounts. Anthem will also create a new investment program. READ

Chipotle: Hourly and salaried restaurant employees will receive a $1,000 bonus and/or a stock grant. Chipotle will also expand paid maternity/paternity leave. READ

Humana: The health-insurer will hike starting employee wages to $15 as well as invest in community programs. READ

Boeing: The airplane manufacturer will increase its charitable investments, including raising employee gift matching levels and increasing its charitable donation cap to $10,000. READ

CVS: The retail chain will invest $425 million a year to raise its minimum wage to $11, create a new paid maternity/paternity leave program as well as help absorb some employee medical prescription costs. READ

Tyson Foods Inc.: Workers will collectively receive $100 million in one-time cash bonuses. READ

Saban Capital Group: Haim Saban, a Democratic mega-donor and one of Hillary Clinton’s biggest supporters, will give employees a $1,000 bonus after taxes. READ

Land & Co.: Michigan based apartment operator will give employees $1,000 bonuses. READ

Shaffer Corp: The Blue Ash company President Trump visited this week provided $1,000 bonuses to its 126 employees. READ

West Virginia State Auditor: State employees will collectively keep $50 million annually. READ

Butler County, IN: County employees will see an estimated $2.1 million in tax savings this year, an average of more than $1,040 per worker. READ

Leak Sealers: The Texas-based engineering company will hand out bonuses to its 100 employees. READ
