Just days after Fiat Chrysler announced it is investing $1 billion into Michigan, yet another local business announced bonuses to Michigan workers thanks to the GOP tax plan Debbie Stabenow voted against.

The Grand Rapids-based architecture engineering firm Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber (FTCH) announced $1,500 bonuses to all employees in response to the historic new tax law. FTCH President Jim Susan said, “it was in keeping with the spirit of the tax cut” to give back to hardworking Michiganders. Will Debbie finally admit she was wrong to vote against the tax relief bill?

“Debbie Stabenow has been in office for 40 years and has yet again failed to deliver for Michiganders,” said Katie Martin, NRSC Communications Director. “It’s time for Stabenow to own up to the fact that she voted against more money for hardworking folks in Michigan to appease the liberal special interest groups who will fund her campaign.”
