It looks like Tammy Baldwin finally ran out of lame excuses and found the time to tell Wisconsin where she stands on President Trump’s highly qualified nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
No surprise – Tammy Baldwin chose to stand with Elizabeth Warren and her liberal party bosses and vowed to obstruct Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the court. Baldwin didn’t even take the time to meet with Judge Kavanaugh proving that all her bluster and promises to carefully “review the nomination” were nothing but an election year ruse.
No wonder Senator Baldwin didn’t want to answer questions this week…
“Tammy Baldwin’s vow to obstruct Judge Kavanaugh shows that she’d rather stand with her Washington party bosses than do her job to defend the Constitution,” said NRSC Spokesman Calvin Moore. “Wisconsin can see through Tammy Baldwin’s partisan games and know that, even when it matters most, she’ll choose Washington over Wisconsin — every single time.”
