Phil Bredesen is scheduled to attend the Three Star Dinner with the Tennessee Democratic Party tomorrow evening and Bredesen will be joined by Alabama Senator Doug Jones, which should serve as a cautionary tale for Tennessee voters.
Jones, of course, ran and won in deep red Alabama as a Democrat who would stand up for Alabama voters. However, once he was elected, he immediately backed Chuck Schumer and Washington liberals to oppose President Trump. Jones has voted against funding the border wall, opposed CIA Director Gina Haspel’s nomination and voted against banning abortion after 5 months.
Just like Jones, Bredesen is attempting the same stunt, claiming he’s not running against President Trump and that he will be a bipartisan voice of reason in Washington. However, if elected his first vote will be for Chuck Schumer and his liberal policies, and Bredesen has already come out in opposition to tax cuts for the middle class and the border wall.
Tennesseans can’t risk electing one of Chuck Schumer’s loyal foot soldiers, who will roll back the economic progress President Trump and Republicans have accomplished and put hardworking Tennesseans at the mercy of radical Washington Democrats.
