Washington, D.C. – Joe Biden and the Democrat agenda are wildly unpopular in Florida, but someone forgot to tell Val Demings.
This weekend, Demings welcomed President Biden to campaign with her in Florida, something the NRSC wholeheartedly supports. And when asked if she agreed with the Biden Administration’s decision to lift Title 42, Demings refused to take a position.
“I know that there have been people calling for Title 42 to be removed long before now, or to be relaxed in some way, right? I think that we need to make sure, number one… as we follow the law, we need to make sure that our borders are secure,” Demings said. – Herald Tribune
The Biden Administration’s decision to eliminate Title 42 will supercharge the existing crisis at our Southern Border. Even 60% of self-described Liberals support keeping Title 42. But Val Demings is controlled by the radical Left of the Democrat Party, so she doesn’t care.
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Priscilla Ivasco: “As Demings invites Biden to Florida, Floridians deserve to know where she stands on Title 42. Does she agree with the Administration’s decision to make our borders less secure and encourage illegal immigration? We aren’t confident we will ever find out, but as long as she is cozying up to the Administration, we know she will never have an opinion of her own.”
