Washington, D.C. – Joe Biden continues to bungle his failed Afghanistan withdrawal that left thousands of Americans and allies stranded. The Biden Administration was supposed to disclose details like who entered the United States and who is still left behind in Afghanistan by November 29. But, as usual, they failed to do so.
Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan was botched from the very beginning. Thousands of Americans were left scrambling to find a way out and 13 U.S. servicemembers tragically lost their lives. Now, the Biden Administration is refusing to give Congress details on their botched withdrawal. What are they hiding?
It’s no surprise that the Biden Administration missed this legally required deadline since Senate Democrats refuse to hold them accountable. Senate candidates like Val Demings, Tim Ryan and Conor Lamb and Senate Democrats like Mark Kelly, Maggie Hassan, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Michael Bennet have coddled the Biden Administration on Afghanistan because they don’t want to hurt him politically.
Americans deserve Senators who will put the safety of Americans before D.C. political games.
