Washington, D.C. – The President has vulnerable Senate Democrats wrapped around his finger. At his press conference yesterday, President Biden made it clear that every Democrat Senator, with the exception of Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, will do anything he asks. And he’s right!
Joe Biden: “48 of the 50 Democrats supported me in the Senate on virtually everything I’ve asked.”
Last night’s failed vote to scuttle the filibuster in order to federalize elections, handing power to D.C., banning voter ID, and forcing taxpayers to fund campaign ads, was proof positive. The vote was doomed to fail for weeks, yet vulnerable Senators Raphael Warnock, Maggie Hassan, Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, and Michael Bennet stuck their necks out anyway because the President told them to.
Such thoughtless obedience to the President and Majority Leader over an issue that only will serve to hurt them in the upcoming election earned Chuck Schumer a promised gift from the NRSC.

It was an honest statement that any neutral observer would agree with. Next time Raphael Warnock, Maggie Hassan, Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, or Michael Bennet want to claim they are ‘independent’ we will direct them back to their boss, President Biden. Vulnerable Senate Democrats are nothing more than mindless pawns for the Biden/Schumer agenda, and everyone knows it.”
