Yesterday Bob Casey declined to call for Penn President Liz Magill’s ouster.

This week Magill was repeatedly asked at a hearing if calls for genocide against Jews constitute a violation of Penn’s rules or code of conduct and declined to answer in the affirmative.

“Bob Casey thinks Liz Magill should still have a job after she put a target on Jewish students’ back by refusing to say calls for the mass killing of Jews is harassment. Casey’s lack of moral clarity on this issue is surprising.” — NRSC Spokesman Philip Letsou
