Casey votes NO on middle-class tax relief
Senator Bob Casey voted against providing historic tax relief for Pennsylvania families and businesses.
Casey’s reckless vote comes despite this legislation delivering thousands of dollars in tax relief for middle-class families, creating an atmosphere that fosters new job growth and ensuring American businesses can grow and compete. Casey’s decision is sure to be unpopular with Pennsylvania voters, who just last year voted for Republicans’ promise of smaller government and lower taxes.
“Senator Casey revealed that his loyalty lies with Chuck Schumer and Washington Democrats, instead of hardworking Pennsylvania families and businesses,” said NRSC Spokesman Bob Salera. “Pennsylvanians won’t forget that when Bob Casey had the opportunity to put more money in their pockets, he folded to the demands of his party bosses in Washington.”
Mexico Joe Donnelly voted against providing historic tax relief for Indiana families and businesses.
