Rep. Chris Pappas today voted again to ban the sale of gas-powered cars. The legislation would reverse the EPA’s waiver grant to California to allow the state to ban the sale of gas-powered vehicles by 2035. Pappas previously voted against legislation that would prohibit the government from banning gas-powered cars.

“Chris Pappas continues to encroach on the daily lives of Granite Staters by supporting heavy-handed government mandates, including forcing hard-working New Hampshire families to buy expensive electric vehicles,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “The Live Free or Die state deserves a Senator who will keep the government out of Granite Staters’ lives — not invite it in.”
