Today, President Trump and Senator Dan S. Sullivan announced a $54 billion investment into Alaska’s LNG pipeline project to unleash American energy and unlock Alaska’s extraordinary resource potential. Senator Sullivan has tirelessly fought for this crucial investment.

“Senator Dan S. Sullivan puts Alaskans first, and once again, Sullivan is delivering on his promises. The same can’t be said for Mary Peltola, who got zero bills signed into law and pushed Lower 48 liberals to keep Alaska’s energy production locked down,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.

Peltola has fought tirelessly AGAINST North Slope energy expansion and LNG.

  • Peltola said she views “shipping natural gas through the Arctic to meet European demand” as an “exciting alternative” to the Alaska LNG project.
  • Cast the sole dissenting vote against streamlining the Coastal Zone Project Process which delayed North Slope Drilling Projects.
  • Voted against final passage for bill containing Alaska LNG loan-guarantee support.
  • Whipped votes against her own bill to lift the Biden-Harris administration’s Last Frontier Lock Up, including in ANWR and the National Petroleum Reserve. Peltola then pathetically voted present.

Mary Peltola is an ineffective radical leftist who puts Alaskans last.

  • Supports AOC’s Alaska Last Green New Deal.
  • Wants to phase out Alaska’s oil and gas for renewable energy.
  • Opposed unleashing Alaska energy to lower skyrocketing costs created by Democrats’ war on energy.
  • Bankrolled by climate change extremists who want to end fossil fuel production.

Reminder: Mary Peltola’s Democrat Party supports “pausing all pending export permits for liquified natural gas (LNG) until updated criteria that consider the impact of climate change have been adopted.”
