This weekend, America celebrates our workers on Labor Day and workers across Alaska have lots to celebrate thanks to Senator Dan Sullivan’s work with President Trump to deliver the most pro-worker legislation in history.
Senator Sullivan and President Trump’s Working Family Tax Cuts are a blue collar boom for Alaska that:
- Protects about 14,000 jobs.
- Increases take home pay by upwards of $11,200.
- Raises wages by up to $7,400.
- Boosts Alaska’s manufacturing industry.
- Supports Alaska small businesses.
- Delivers the largest middle-class tax cut in history, no taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.
- 28% Alaska workers regularly work overtime. Another 63% of Alaska workers eligible for overtime.
- About 100,000 seniors in Alaska could benefit from the no taxes on social security.
- Makes historic investments in rural healthcare.
