Senator Dan Sullivan (R-AK) is standing with President Trump to unleash Alaska’s energy production. The U.S. Senate passed Sullivan’s joint resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) today, rescinding former President Joe Biden’s executive order closing nearly half of Alaska’s National Petroleum Reserve (NPR-A) to oil and gas leasing.
“Under President Trump and Dan Sullivan’s leadership, Alaska’s extraordinary energy potential is being unleashed, high-paying jobs are being protected, and Alaska Natives’ voices are being heard,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
