In the first debate of the Wisconsin Senate race, Wisconsinites got a cold hard look at how Tammy Baldwin continues to put Washington over Wisconsin.

On veterans, Tammy Baldwin tried to cover up how she turned a blind eye to the opioid crisis at the Tomah VA and did nothing, even though she was the only one who could have taken action to stop the rampant over prescription of opioids to Wisconsin veterans.

On health care, Baldwin once again tried to distract Wisconsin from how her votes have increased health care premiums for Wisconsin families more than 93% and how her socialist “single-payer” scheme would kick every Wisconsin family off their health insurance in favor of government-run health care.

And on Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Tammy Baldwin tried to sidestep her vote to obstruct Judge Kavanaugh and the Democrats’ shameful smears during his confirmation, which brought Washington politics to a new low.

“Tonight, voters got a prime look at how Tammy Baldwin turned her back on Wisconsin and why they can’t afford to elect her to another term,” said NRSC Spokesman Calvin Moore. “There couldn’t be a clearer choice between Leah Vukmir, a nurse, a mom and a proven leader who brought Wisconsin’s economy back from the brink; and Tammy Baldwin, a do-nothing politician who refused to take action to stop the opioid crisis at the Tomah VA, despite being the only Member of Congress with the information needed to do something about it.”
