Washington, D.C. – It’s been three weeks since Demings’ security detail got physical with a tracker at an event and instead of speaking out against the violent act, Val Demings has sat back as her spokesperson defended it.
In fact, Demings continues to employ the security team and the individuals who committed the violent act.
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Priscilla Ivasco: “For someone who talks tough about crime and law and order, Val Demings clearly doesn’t believe it applies to her. Floridians are taking note, and don’t need a two-faced Washington Democrat pretending to care about them in D.C. when she can’t even stand up against an unprecedented assault of an innocent bystander by her own team.”
