Even as Democrats face one of their toughest Senate maps in decades, Democrat Senate primaries across the map just keep getting messier.
This morning brought more bad news for two of the DSCC’s top picks. In Michigan, famed actor Hill Harper announced he would challenge Elissa Slotkin and, in Texas, state senator Roland Gutierrez launched his long-anticipated campaign against Colin Allred.
Meanwhile in Missouri, the Democrat field to take on Josh Hawley just keeps expanding thanks to renowned trading card collector Lucas Kunce’s complete failure to launch. And don’t even mention Florida, where Democrats still can’t find a recruit willing to take on Rick Scott.
