Washington, D.C. – With 22 days left until Election Day, Democrats still have yet to answer key questions being asked by voters and the press.

After repeatedly refusing to answer whether or not he supports packing the Supreme Court, Joe Biden on Saturday dodged the question yet again.

Following Biden’s lead in Texas, MJ Hegar left the door wide open when asked if she supported packing the court. In a debate last Tuesday, Mark Kelly told Arizonans that when he makes a decision on eliminating the filibuster, he will “let them know.” In North Carolina, Cal Cunningham declined to answer whether or not he would support Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett. In their debate Friday night, Cory Gardner had to press John Hickenlooper on if he supports packing the court, even offering to yield his time to Hick in order to get a straight answer.

“Democrats’ refusal to answer crucial questions this close to the election is disrespectful to voters and shows they cannot be trusted,” said NRSC Communications Director Jesse Hunt. “Biden, Harris, and their fellow Senate Democrats are pretty much asking voters to blindly vote for them without knowing where they stand on important issues. It gives Americans no indication of how they would be as leaders and legislators, and raises serious concerns about the extreme agenda they’d enact.”
