The NRSC released a new paid digital ad highlighting the many failures of the Barack Obama/Russ Feingold foreign policy agenda. The ad is part of a broader national security campaign in Colorado, Missouri, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
President Barack Obama likens ISIS to a J.V. team and Senator Russ Feingold defends him as "…one of our great presidents from the point of view of our international policies."
"It’s unfortunate that the one principle Senator Russ Feingold decided not to abandon is his lockstep support for President Barack Obama’s dangerously weak foreign policy," said NRSC spokeswoman Andrea Bozek. "As conflicts around the world continue to escalate, seven years of President Obama’s foreign policy have already proven to be risky enough. Wisconsinites will reject the prospect of subbing in Senator Feingold for another six."
VOICEOVER: Barack Obama’s foreign policy is dangerous and weak.
And Democrat senators support him step for step.
They underestimated ISIS and allowed their rise.
And voted for a dangerous nuclear deal with Iran, who gives billions to terrorists.
Now, Obama wants to remove the terrorist detainees from Guantanamo Bay.
Sending them back to the Middle East or even to America.
And Senate Democrats are ready to follow him yet again.
Russ Feingold, who lost his Senate seat, shares their same weak judgment.
When asked about being the only senator to vote against intelligence surveillance of terrorists after 9/11 he said:
FEINGOLD: “That was probably one of the best things I’ve ever done.”
VOICEOVER: ISIS. The Iran nuclear deal. Guantanamo terrorists in America.
Russ Feingold is just another supporter of Obama’s weak foreign policy.
Russ Feingold: Wrong on National Security.
