Another major company announced huge benefits for its employees thanks to the Republican tax plan. Chipotle Mexican Grill will be providing employees with bonuses, stock options and paid paternity and maternity leave.

Chipotle joins a long list of companies announcing pay raises, bonuses and additional investments in their workers as a result of the law’s success. Yet Senate candidate Phil Bredesen has remained dead silent on what he thinks about the GOP tax cuts. Even more troubling for the thousands of Tennesseans already benefitting from the tax law is that Bredesen’s good pal Chuck Schumer and Washington Democrats are threatening to repeal the law if given the opportunity.

Does Bredesen agree with Chuck S. that the tax law should be repealed?

“As Tennessee families reap the rewards from the GOP tax cuts, Phil Bredesen’s complete silence is unacceptable,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “While Tennesseans count the extra cash they are receiving from Republican tax reform, the last thing they should have to worry about is Democratic politicians like Bredesen and Chuck Schumer working to undermine its economic success.”
