In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s tragic assassination, we have seen too many abhorrent comments from the Left celebrating political violence against conservatives.

Look no further than what Senator Mark Warner’s Casework Operations Coordinator Katie Pillis posted to her Instagram story before it was confirmed that Charlie Kirk had passed:

Casework staffers regularly handle the private personal information of constituents. This kind of rhetoric from a government employee alienates conservative Virginians who may need assistance from their U.S. Senator.

Does Mark Warner approve of this type of rhetoric from his staff? How will conservative constituents know their personal information is safe with a staff that makes light of political violence?

“These comments made by Mark Warner’s staff are abhorrent and undermine Virginians’ ability to trust the casework services of their U.S. Senator,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell. “The targeted assassination of Charlie Kirk is a heinous act of political violence that has no place in the U.S. and anyone who makes light of that should not work in the United States Senate.”
