Not only has Chuck Schumer been MIA from the campaign trail, but the Democratic National Committee has also blocked voters in key Senate battlegrounds—including Maine, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Alaska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Georgia—from seeing their thousands of digital ads.
“Senate Democrats know that their national brand, extreme candidates, and socialist policies are toxic to common-sense voters, so they’re on damage control duty, hoping to keep their party’s internal turmoil from further alienating the battleground voters they’ve already lost,” said NRSC National Press Secretary Bernadette Breslin.
The move is just another testament to the Democratic Party’s dying brand, with approval ratings in the toilet and donors doubting their own chances of flipping the Senate.
