WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the NRSC re-released a Chuck Schumer-endorsed scathing television advertisement condemning extremist Democrat Graham Platner’s disturbing record of blaming female victims for their sexual assaults.
These aren’t Republican attacks; they came straight from Platner’s own party.
“Graham Platner is a racist, woman-hating extremist whose ‘working-class’ brand is a complete façade—and even his own party knows it,” said Bernadette Breslin, NRSC national press secretary.
“[Graham Platner] blamed women for sexual assault, saying they should ‘take some responsibility for themselves’ and ‘act like an adult,’” said Maine Democratic Governor Janet Mills on X.
