According to a new report, Hillary Clinton is back and ready to raise money from her elitist pals to help “boost the [Democrat] party’s chances of seizing control of the U.S. House and Senate.”
Heidi Heitkamp was one of Hillary’s biggest backers during the 2016 campaign, infamously telling North Dakotans that Clinton would be “one of the greatest presidents of the United States of America that we have ever seen.”
North Dakotans definitely did not agree, as Donald Trump won the state by 36 points.
So now that Hillary is back, will Heitkamp be accepting her cash? Or will she try to paper over her rabid support for Clinton like it never happened?
“Hillary Clinton continues to haunt Heidi Heitkamp,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “Heitkamp can try her hardest, but she’ll never be able to shake her support for one of the most unpopular politicians of all time.”
