WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) is calling for investigations into Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner (D-AR) from the Senate Select Committee on Ethics for her failure to file the required Personal Financial Disclosure Form and from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for her failure to file accurate disclosures of all campaign receipts and expenditures.
“By failing to report her financial interests, Hallie Shoffner is deliberately keeping Arkansans in the dark and breaking the law,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell. “Every candidate for office has the duty and responsibility to be transparent with their voters. If Hallie is hiding her spending, what else is she keeping from voters?”
