Hollywood liberals will be eager to send campaign cash Heitkamp’s way, because they know they can always count on her to vote their way when it really matters. Heitkamp has been a loyal foot soldier for Schumer, even risking her career by voting against a tax cut for North Dakota families that now enjoys support from a majority of Americans. Hollywood knows it has a friend in Heidi Heitkamp!
“It makes sense that Hollywood liberals are going out of their way to support Heidi Heitkamp’s campaign, since they know she will always have their backs, even at the expense of folks in North Dakota,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “But all the Hollywood cash in the world won’t be enough to distract North Dakotans from the fact that Heitkamp voted against a tax cut that is putting more money in their pockets.”
