Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, NRSC Chairman Rick Scott joined Stuart Varney on Fox Business: Varney & Co. to discuss the Democrats’ push to raise the debt limit and coerce Republicans into voting along with them. The truth is Democrats are able to pass this dangerous bill on their own. But they refuse to, knowing they will have to answer to the American public as to why they are raising taxes and spending our country into oblivion. The Democrats’ agenda isn’t working, and it is hurting the poorest families in this country. It’s time Democrats own up to their decisions and stop pointing fingers.
