Washington, D.C. – This week, the NRSC released two new ads targeting Senator Mark Kelly in Arizona and former state Supreme Court Justice Cheri Beasley in North Carolina.
In Arizona, the ad called “Differently” knocks Mark Kelly for his near-lockstep voting record with President Joe Biden.
Senator Kelly loves to say he is different, but the numbers say otherwise.
- In 2021, Kelly voted with President Biden 100% of the time.
- In 2022, Kelly voted with President Biden 97% of the time.
Arizona deserves a Senator who is more than 3% different.

The NRSC’s ad in North Carolina knocks Cheri Beasley’s past rulings as a state Supreme Court justice.
The new ad is called “Discovery,” and highlights Beasley’s rulings to:
- Vacate the death sentence of a teen murderer.
- Reverse the conviction of an armed kidnapper.
- Release a double murderer early.
