Washington, D.C. – Mark Kelly continues to deflect blame for fueling the ongoing crisis along Arizona’s Southern Border. Instead, Kelly blames the federal government for the border crisis, conveniently forgetting that as a Senator he is a member of the federal government – and that he keeps voting to make the border crisis worse.

But let’s play along with Mark Kelly’s kooky blame game. If Kelly is so quick to blame the federal government, why hasn’t he invited President Biden – the leader of the federal government and of the free world – down to Arizona for a border visit? After all, Joe Biden has apparently NEVER visited the Southern Border

No time like the middle of one of the worst border crises on record for Joe Biden to see what it’s all about.

Statement from NRSC Chairman Rick Scott: “If Mark Kelly really cared about protecting Arizonans and ending this border crisis, he would make a daily demand of the White House to bring Joe Biden to Arizona’s border to see the crisis first hand. In reality, Mark Kelly follows along with Biden’s Border Crisis Denial by voting to defund border security, allow sanctuary cities that refuse to enforce immigration laws, and send stimulus checks to illegal immigrants. Mark Kelly talks a big game, but he is not tricking anybody into believing he actually cares about finding an end to the border crisis.”
