This weekend, America celebrates our workers on Labor Day.
But earlier this year, Jon Ossoff opposed President Trump’s Working Family Tax Cuts and voted to hurt Georgians.
The most pro-worker legislation in history is a blue-collar boom for Georgia, but Ossoff opposed:
- Protecting about 204,000 jobs.
- Increasing take-home pay by up to over $10,000.
- Raising wages by up to $6,700. .
- Boosting Georgia’s manufacturing industry.
- Support for small businesses.
- Creating 35,000 Opportunity Zone jobs.
- The largest middle-class tax cut in history.
- No taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.
- 25% of Georgia workers regularly work overtime. Another 63% of Georgia workers are likely eligible for overtime.
- About 1.8 million seniors in Georgia could benefit from the no taxes on social security.
- Historic investments in rural healthcare.
“Jon Ossoff’s opposition to President Trump’s Working Family Tax Cuts shows he cares more about hating President Trump than delivering for Georgia workers. If Ossoff had it his way, Georgia workers would keep less of their hard-earned money and families would see the largest middle-class tax hike in history,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “Hard-working Georgians deserve better and will hold Ossoff accountable in 2026 for choosing his radical left base over them and their families.”
