WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senator Jon Ossoff today voted to ban the sale of gas-powered cars. The legislation would reverse the EPA’s waiver grant to California that would have allowed the state to ban the sale of gas-powered vehicles by 2035.
“Jon Ossoff telling Georgians they don’t have the right to choose what type of car they drive is wildly out-of-touch, and voters will hold Ossoff accountable for his radical priorities in 2026,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
But it’s not just banning gas-powered cars. Jon Ossoff is a radical leftist who:
Voted for a government program that discriminated against white farmers in Georgia.
Is desperately calling for President Trump’s impeachment to please the leftists he’s courting for re-election.
Wants to raise taxes on Georgia families by at least $2,680.
Supports forcing women to compete against biological males and allowing males to invade women’s spaces.
Took a back seat on efforts to honor Laken Riley and keep Georgian safe by voting against a version of the Laken Riley Act and opposing President Trump’s plan to deport violent illegal aliens and terrorists.
Lost support among Georgia’s Jewish Community because of his anti-Israel record and voting with extremist Bernie Sanders to block arms sales to Israel.
