The Los Angeles Times reported that “Californians are pouring money into Democrats’ Senate races in other states,” specifically highlighting Abdul El-Sayed, Mallory McMorrow, and Haley Stevens, who are embroiled in a 3-car pileup of a primary in Michigan.

Two of the three leading Democratic hopefuls in Michigan’s open Senate race, Rep. Haley Stevens and physician Abdul El-Sayed, reported taking in more from California donors than from donors in Michigan. California was the second biggest bank of support for the other top Democratic contender, state Sen. Mallory McMorrow.

“Michiganders know that Abdul El-Sayed, Mallory McMorrow, and Haley Stevens are funded by the radical left and out-of-touch with Michiganders,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell.
