Washington, D.C. – Election Day is 20 days away and Americans’ optimism on the state of the economy is still low.

According to the latest POLITICO/Morning Consult Poll, “More than 90 percent of voters are concerned about the U.S. economy and inflation, according to the latest POLITICO/Morning Consult poll.

Of those, 71 percent of voters said they were “very concerned” about inflation, an increase of 5 percentage points since August. Forty-two percent of respondents responded that economic issues, which includes jobs, taxes and unemployment, were their top priority when deciding who to vote for this November.”

That comes as no surprise as Democrats continue to defend their reckless spending agenda and refuse to take real action to cut back on wasting hard-working Americans’ taxpayer dollars and help families struggling to make ends meet.

Americans aren’t confused as to who is to blame. “President Joe Biden’s approval ratings remained underwater with 54 percent of respondents disapproving of the president, an improvement of 1 percent compared to last week. Forty-four percent of people approved of the president.”

With the midterms right around the corner, will vulnerable Democrats continue to stick by Joe Biden’s damaging agenda, or will they throw away their party talking points and finally admit the direction this country is going in is not sustainable?
