Socialist Bernie Sanders will be in Ohio today after successfully winning his proxy war with Chuck Schumer in Maine. Now, Sherrod Brown’s forced to answer to a rabid Democrat base that supports a woman-hating, racist radical whose “working-class” brand is as phony as Sherrod’s.
Brown — who has praised the socialists’ “influence” in the Democrat Party — voted 92% of the time with Sanders. Brown and Sanders:
- Backed the Biden-Harris administration’s reckless spending that fueled record 9% inflation.
- Oppose requiring voter ID.
- Want to allow men in women’s sports.
- Want to protect criminal illegals from deportation.
- Endorsed the most radical nominee in U.S. history, Kamala Harris.
“Sherrod Brown and Bernie Sanders sold out hardworking Ohioans to the radical left for decades in D.C. Like Sanders and Graham Platner, Sherrod Brown is too extreme for Ohio,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
