Jacky Rosen couldn’t escape this weekend to fundraise with coastal elites, so instead, she’s welcoming one to Nevada, as “resistance” leader and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is set to headline today’s Nevada state Democratic convention.
Rosen is no stranger to cozying up to the far-left wing of the Democratic Party. During her time in office, Rosen’s voted with San Francisco liberal Nancy Pelosi 90% of the time, and shares many of Warren’s extreme views.
- Both gleefully voted to shut down the government and, in the process, put the health care of millions of children and vital government services at risk. Rosen even voted to do it despite promising that she “would never vote to shut down the government.”
- Both heavily criticized and voted against the middle-class tax cuts saving Nevadans money and creating new job opportunities.
- Both would rather play politics with people’s health care than offer substantive solutions, as Warren voted against the 21st Century Cures Act and Rosen voted against Right to Try legislation.
“Jacky Rosen’s embrace of left-wing radical Elizabeth Warren should send shivers down the spines of Nevadans who want to keep big government out of their lives,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “Rosen and Warren share the same radical goals of higher taxes, nationalized health care and open borders.”
