Washington, D.C. – The wheels are coming off at Hassan HQ, as the Senator and her staff scramble to salvage their election-year border pivot.
Her sudden shift from a staunch opponent of a border wall and border security funding to “MAGA Maggie” is enough to give someone whiplash. And her border photo-op isn’t helping.
In 2021 ALONE, Hassan voted not once, not twice, but three times against legislation that would continue to fund wall construction at the Southern Border:
But Hassan’s weakness on border security and illegal immigration goes back much further. Hassan has also voted AGAINST the Remain in Mexico policy and FOR eliminating Title 42 (which she now claims she opposes). In fact, all the way back in 2008 Hassan voted to kill a bill in the State Senate that would prohibit New Hampshire from acting as a sanctuary for illegal immigrants.
Now, as a new St. Anselm poll has her approval rating underwater and shows 53% of Granite Staters want to elect someone to be a check on the Biden Administration, the MAGA transformation has begun…

As Hassan tries to erase recent history with a bizarre border photo-op, many in New Hampshire and beyond are realizing that her and her team are in full-scale panic mode and know that their time in the Senate is coming to an end.”
