WASHINGTON, D.C. — Susan Collins and Troy Jackson took the debate stage tonight for the first in a series of four debates. Collins touted her record of delivering $1.5 billion for projects in all of Maine’s 16 counties, while Jackson was on the defense for his family corruption and failed policies that drove up costs as Maine’s Senate president.
“Under Troy Jackson’s failed leadership, Maine is less affordable and education scores have plummeted. Mainers already rejected Troy once this year, and they will do it again in November,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell. “P.S. Go Patriots!”
