Claire McCaskill continued to struggle as she desperately ran away from her liberal record in tonight’s debate.
It’s clear from her performance McCaskill knows her career in politics is in serious jeopardy as Missourians have become aware of her record of selling out their values on everything from taxes to the Supreme Court. In contrast, Josh Hawley provided a clear alternative as a strong voice for Missouri families.
“It’s obvious Claire McCaskill has no excuse for her long history of voting against Missourians on the issues they care most about,” said NRSC Spokesman Bob Salera. “Missourians aren’t buying McCaskill’s empty rhetoric and will vote her out of office next month when they elect Josh Hawley to the U.S. Senate.”
