A study from the Center for Effective Lawmaking found that Joe Donnelly was the least effective Democrat Senator in the 114th Congress.
The study, a joint effort by the University of Virginia and Vanderbilt University, examined the performance of each member of Congress, looking at how effective they were at advancing their agenda. Mexico Joe came in dead last among his peers in the Senate Democratic Conference. Donnelly’s ineptitude should come as no surprise, as he has never sponsored a bill that became law in his more than ten years in Washington.

“Instead of getting things done for Hoosiers, Mexico Joe has spent his time in Washington profiting from outsourcing and hobnobbing with his liberal colleagues,” said NRSC Spokesman Bob Salera. “This study confirms what we already knew about Joe Donnelly: he is really bad at his job.”
